As Manager of Development, Ivy Worsham has been with Biederman/Owens Entertainment since March of 2005, and has worked closely with Jerry and Chris to help support the expansion of the company. Along with providing creative insight and technical support, Worsham’s responsibilities have included establishing professional connections and researching the reality television market. In addition to monitoring industry trends, Worsham has compiled material to support show ideas and has contributed to the development and composition of several of the company’s television proposals.

Although Worsham’s interest in the production aspect of television has been inspired by her time at Biederman/Owens Entertainment, her first love has always been the theatre. Worsham was drawn to performing at an early age and has since acted in numerous productions through out her life, portraying such parts as Titania in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Mrs. Gibbs in Our Town, and Lenny Macgrath in Crimes of the Heart. While Worsham’s main interest in the theatre has been acting, she’s also enjoyed her backstage endeavors, which have included script adaptation, directing, costuming, lighting, properties, choreography, and set design and construction. Worsham’s most recent interests have included acting in and producing bilingual productions in English and Spanish.

Originally from Colorado, where she was trained as a massage therapist at The Boulder College of Massage Therapy, Worsham moved to Southern California to attend Whittier College, a private liberal arts school. Worsham graduated Magna Cum Laude and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Theatre Arts and Communications, and minors in English and Spanish.
